At just 215g, Protone has the lowest aerodynamic drag and fastest heat dissipation coefficients of any aero helmet. Thanks to ventilation slots and thick padding, heat and moisture are dissipated very quickly, increasing comfort and performance without compromising safety: the upper is reinforced with an internal plastic substructure, which increases shock protection.
Protone weighs just 230g and features three-dimensional 3D Dry padding using a multi-layer, open-cell manufacturing process for increased comfort while riding. It is provided with a removable and washable inner padding, made from CoolMax® fabrics, which is treated with the Sanitized® antimicrobial process. KASK also continues to use its Multi In-Moulding technology, to create a polycarbonate shell for the top, base perimeter and back of the helmet shell. This is attached to the inner polystyrene cover through In-Moulding technology, in order to improve the shock absorption of the shell. Its reinforced frame will further reduce the risk of the shell breaking in the event of an impact.
