Right of withdrawal for distance purchases
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may exercise it within five (5) business days after delivery and request a refund under Article 47 of Colombian Law 1480 of 2011. Statutory exceptions apply.
For withdrawal, the consumer pays the transport and other costs of returning the item. This differs from a warranty claim for a defective product.
Voluntary size-exchange and outlet conditions do not restrict applicable statutory withdrawal or warranty rights. To request withdrawal, use the KOM customer-service channels displayed in this store.
